Q1: Presentation (2 min)

Menorrhagia, pressure symptoms, infertility, abdominal mass. Often asymptomatic.

Q2: Types (2 min)

Submucosal (bleeding/fertility), intramural (most common), subserosal (pressure).

Q3: Management (3 min)

Observe if asymptomatic. Medical: tranexamic acid, LNG-IUS, GnRH. Surgical: myomectomy, hysterectomy, UAE.

Q4: Pregnancy (2 min)

Red degeneration (acute pain). Conservative. Shrink after menopause. Malignant risk under 0.5%.
