Educational Use

MedVellum is provided for medical education, clinical revision, and exam preparation. It is not a substitute for professional judgement, local protocols, specialist advice, or emergency care.

AI-Generated Material

Users acknowledge that MedVellum includes AI-generated medical education material. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading, and users must independently verify information before relying on it.

Clinical Responsibility

Users are responsible for verifying drug doses, guideline recommendations, legal requirements, and local practice standards before applying any information in patient care.

Not Clinical Decision Support

MedVellum is not designed, validated, or regulated as a medical device, diagnostic system, prescribing system, triage service, or clinical decision-support tool. It should not be used to make patient-specific decisions or replace regulated clinical systems.

Content Updates

Medical knowledge changes quickly. MedVellum uses update dates, citations, and correction workflows, but no publication system can guarantee every page reflects the latest local guidance at every moment.

No Warranties Or Professional Services

MedVellum is provided as an educational website without a guarantee of accuracy, completeness, suitability, availability, or fitness for a particular clinical purpose. Use of the site does not create a professional, advisory, fiduciary, clinician-patient, or educator-student relationship.

User Submissions

Do not submit identifiable patient information, confidential clinical records, or information you do not have the right to share. Correction requests and feedback may be used to improve the site and should identify the relevant page without including patient identifiers.
